The present study is a case report of 24-year-old patient with missing maxillary right lateral incisor. uses multi-disciplinary team approach in providing aesthetic and functional rehabilitation teeth. first periodontist took care the gingival tissue health which was pivotal aspect for future orthodontic implant procedure. procedures not only involved creating space incisor but also involves an ideal occlusion. final restoration achieved implants using surgical techniques to achieve results as well preserve bone anatomy papilla better outcomes.
